The variety of accommodation, support and move-on services means that we have the advantage of being able to provide follow-up support for our young people. Several of our young people have come
to us at age 16 and 17 and have moved onto our step-down accommodation and then eventually to their own independent accommodation once we have successfully supported them into
independence.
Tennyson Road is an Ofsted-registered provision primarily for 16-
21-year-olds and is staffed 24 hours a day. It has 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is used by staff and also operates as an office with an ensuite bathroom. The other 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms are for young people, consisting of 4 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom.
It is a a modern house decorated to a high standard. All rooms are decorated to a good standard and will be refreshed according to the frequency of need as young people move on. The home benefits from a garden which the young people will be able to access. It is 5 minutes walking distance to Hounslow East Underground Station and Hounslow Bus Station with easy access to shops, several colleges, and community organisations.
Town Lane is a modern newly refurbished property based in Stanwell in Spelthorne, Surrey. It is an Ofsted-registered provision which houses young people aged 17 and above. It is a beautiful property that consists of a garden, 6 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, most of which are ensuites. The young people house in Town Lane are visited by staff every other day and keywork support is provided for approximately five hours a week for each young person. This property is staffed three times a week during the daytime by staff and we offer the same kind of support as the other provisions.
The Prospering Place support young people as they turn 18 plus in living in more independent accommodation if they can demonstrate that they are able to live with less support. We provide standalone accommodation, Studio flats and shared flats in Ealing, Hounslow, Feltham, Harrow, Brent and Spelthorne borough in Surrey. All flats are clean and welcoming, and every young person has a designated key worker who visits and supports them at least once a week with at least 5 hours of support.
